Torii & Ko, in its capacity as personal data controller, informs all data subjects that the personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the principles, rights, and duties established by Colombian regulations. 8. Duties of the Data Subject

9. Duties of Torii & Co.

Torii & Ko, as the data controller, shall have the following duties:
